How to Serve a Divorce Case
My question involves a marriage in the state of: California

Can a spouse serve a divorce summons by email, regular mail, certified mail, personal service, and by publication all at the same time?

Smart spouse for making sure service is perfected!

There is no law saying that can't happen.

Absolutely. In fact, the one by publication would be the one I'd worry about if I were you...

What makes you think you weren't served properly if you were served by publication?

You should probably refrain from getting snooty with those who actually know.
