Going to jail for a little while is a risk he's willing to take he said and we'd be back together after that but it'd take a bored cop to prosecute 2 teens in love. They should worry about the rapists and murderers wandering the streets

once he experiences jail, or actually prison, he won't even want to go back to you.

and cops don't prosecute anybody. The state's attorney does and having seen people prosecuted for stealing a couple dollars of merchandise, trust me, they have no problem prosecuting more serious offenses.

Teens are always in love. I know - I have three of them of my own with one more that has recently grown beyond his teen years. I also teach teenagers and work with them daily. Love is a rather fleeting thing at your ages.

Oh, and depending on the state you come from, baby-daddy could BE a rapist!

The police do not prosecute. A "bored cop" has a job to do - one of which is to arrest criminals and return runaway minors to their homes. And, if a warrant or detention comes to exist, it's an ORDER not a suggestion.

As it is, since you won't say where you are from so we can check to see what statutes might apply, all we can say is, have fun! And, I will add that you thankfully will not be adding to the welfare rolls of MY already overwhelmed state.
