I am not a ward of the court!!! You get a case worker when your family receives any type of public assistance

    yet you said this:

My case worker said I could if I got a job or got married!! So yes I am
a case worker for public assistance is not going to provide any sort of information such as that. Beyond that, you are claiming it is your case worker. If anything, it is your mother's case worker.

Horsepuckey. You CHOSE to use drugs. You CHOSE to have sex before you were fully capable of dealing with the ramifications of failed contraceptives. You CHOSE to continue both pregnancies. Your life situation is the direct result of choices YOU made.

    He's not my "boyfriend"... Fiancé!!
No, boyfriend. You're not of age to be wed without parental consent. BOTH parents. And depending on the state you're in - and you've been asked to name it several times, but you keep ignoring it - they might both have to show up in person.

Interesting. You've got no concept of spelling, but you're going to call a court professional an ignorant fool? That's adorbs.

So, are you another one of those children who engage in magical thinking, and figure that if your unicorn farts hard enough, you're going to get what you want? No, that's not how it works, no matter how much you whine and cry. Howling at us that we "were no angels" doesn't help you at all - we're not the child who insists on making bad choices demanding emancipation. But please, when the judge tells you NO, feel free to try that on him. If you're very, very lucky, he might only just laugh at you.

How much money are you making at your full time job, and how long have you sustained that level of income? What? No income? Strike one.

How long have you been living completely apart from your family, supporting yourself 100%, with no help from anyone? What? You still live at home? Strike two.

Please show the court evidence of your emotional maturity and ability to conduct your personal affairs properly. What? You're only 7 months clean, have two children, and you're only 16? Strike three. You're out.

Note that in most states that includes no public assistance either.

Gee ... okay, even taking the "ward" aspect out, you will NOT be emancipated.

Oh, and the name of your state would be ... ????

I was going through a bad time and was driven to drugs and sex. And he IS my fiancé since we are bound to be wed and we WILL find a way

If you want answers that address the legal aspects of what you want to do, we need to know what state of the United States you are in.

The answer will still be no but we can actually show you the laws that explain why it is that way.

Ummm... no. Fiance needs a ring and a date. Being knocked up twice just makes you free, not special.
