Discrimination in Issuance of Permit Requirements for Public Events
My question involves civil rights in the State of: California

Help they are trying to stop me from doing business in private property - during rhe drla artwalk. And I have evidence it may be racial discrimination -due to my American black heritage - I have been dealing with city government in Los angles and have thrown my event without incident after acquiring the proper permits - four months in a row - only to have my latest permit revocked the day before my event to what they are calling "an admitted mistake on their part" - now I'm out over 20,000 dollars - and facing bankruptcy - I am sure this is a ploy to limit my lively hood so I will be forced to lower my standards of reliving and take up a street service janitorial job. They only give to the blacks in this area where I love work and run my business. Please help me
