Disagreeable
So you are actively violating the terms of your visa. Expect to be reported and deported.
I am just looking for job. I have not been employed anywhere. Is looking for job something illegal?
Our university has a career fair every semester and many companies come to meet students and interview with them. Is this career fair illegal? All my friends who employed after the first year of their education were in contact with their employers after the career fair for interview and other relating things( not employing).
Do you mean sending resume or email or talking on the phone with a person are illegal?
I am an honest guy and I told every company about my visa problem.
Please tell me a clear answer? looking for job(not employing) is illegal?

Re: How Can a F1 Student Get an Employment Visa
You claimed on your visa you were coming here to study, not try to find a job and move here.
Re: How Can a F1 Student Get an Employment Visa
If your friends are citizens, it's not against the law for them to seek employment, nor is it against the law for the University to hold a jobs fair.
You, on the other hand....
Re: How Can a F1 Student Get an Employment Visa
If your friends are working on CPT, it is quite possibly being done illegally. CPT is only part of an established curriculum. That is the program typically referred to being used by international students working. It is often abused so before doing accepting any employment offer, talk to the DSO at your university. Improper use of CPT can destroy you future in the US.
It is certainly acceptable for you to attend a career fair for post degree employment search. Be aware that you must have a qualifying degree in hand before a company can file for an employment (H1B) visa but you may (depending on your individual circumstances) be able to use OPT.
Remember also a US degree was never a guarantee of a job in the US. You need to be prepared to return home if you are unable to legally work in the US after you graduate.
