Landlord Will Not Give Full Access to Unit As Promised Verbally
My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Pennsylvania. I moved into a one bedroom unit in the beginning of February. The landlord made a verbal agreement to have the garage (which is about equal to the entire size of the house.) to be cleaned out at the end of March. It is is now June and we need a place to store out belongings . The landlord said to call her when we need access to our lawnmower, weed eater, or gas can. She lives ten minutes away so obviously it hasn't been working out. My question is what should I do. She's procrastinating on cleaning out the garage which we are paying for, desperately need, and were promised.
ant advice is appreciated. (On another note, units of this size without a garage in my area go for about 300-375. The only reason we chose this unit is because of the garage/storage space)

Is this a single family residence? Does the lease speak to the garage whether it be included or excepted out of the leased area?
