Neglected 17-Year-Old Placed With Relatives Does Not Want to Return Home

My question involves guardianship in the State of Arkansas
I am 17 i resently got took from my abusive mother and i live with my fathers parents we have court in one week and the courts are saying that i may have to go back what can i do to keep from going back.

they r trying to send me back to my mother and i dont have any kids

My dad has been on drug like my mom my whole life

You have to do whatever the court tells you to do, even if you don't like it.

so they can put me back in a abusive house and a drug house i am 3 months away from 18 is there anything i can do

Request CS obtain a continuance until you are 18. I assume that is who took you. They have certainly done worse for less noble reasons.

no the court took me from my mom becouse we fought all the time and we ended up in jail and she kicked me out when we went to court

Are you finished with high school?

no but now that i live with my grandparnet i am passing school and doing alot better

Honestly, your writing skills say you need a LOT more schooling, however, in Arkansas you are a minor until you are 18 AND have finished high school. So, what grade are you in?
