Petitioning for an E-1 Visa

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: If I have a choice between filing an EB-1(a) and EB-1(b) petition, which petition should I choose?
Or Can I file both EB-1(a) and EB-1(b) at the same time ?
i am confused .........so please suggest me what should i do ?

An EB-1 (a) visa does not require a sponsor employer. An EB-1 (b) requires a sponsor employer. Do you have a sponsor employer?
