    And you should read the link that answers your questions. If you were as adult and mature as you think you are, you'd recognize that the law does not change because it would be inconvenient for you if it does not.

    Stomps in here? How am I 'stomping in here'? I posted a question trying to get help/insight on something I'm trying to be serious about, and if you don't like it then leave the thread and stop being ignorant. I don't appreciate the negativity, so just don't reply to my thread.

    Actually, I read the link a while ago so that's why I'm on this website trying to get answers from people experienced with the law. I never said the law is going to change for my convenience I'm simply asked questions, if you're going to act all high and mighty without being polite about it then kindly stop replying to the thread.

    And you got answers. The answers are that it is highly unlikely that you will be emancipated.

    What additional insight are you looking for?

    I lightly skimmed through the link the other day, and I have been referring back to it; yes, it has answered some of my questions but I just wanted to see what people had to say. That's all.
