    What Will a Court Do if You Refuse to Pay the Guardian ad Litem
    My question involves child support in the State of: Georgia

    the guardian at a liem as added her charges to our final order, i have had no contact with her in over 18 months, will it be a contempt if she is not paid??? also if i dont pay, what is the possibality of the guardian a liem taking legal action, i havent had a bill since nov 2012

    I expect that there's an existing court order regarding payment of the GAL's fees, and that the court will expect you to follow that order.
