Accused of Threatening Somebody on Facebook

I am in the process of losing my wife to another man and I posted the following messages to him on facebook. I am not his friend so it was just a message between us. Of course all hell hit the fan and she tells me I threatened him -- I said no there is no way that can be construed as a threat, I would love to here your thoughts.


Here is entire message string:

7:01 AM Only time you will hear from me -- she just got home and is sick and I will gladly help her get better it's what I do.

I am on my knees please please don't take my life/wife... We were working things out 2 days before you contacted her -- why now??

8:33 AM One more thing -- we went thru 63K in 18 months, couldn't say no to her hated the look in her eyes, so good luck hanging on to your money,
let alone your friends and family. Consider yourself warned.

Though emotionally traumatized you appear to be better off with her gone. That does not appear to rise to the level of a threat.
