My question involves criminal law for the state of: Pennsylvania

So im together with my girlfriend I met in my exchange year in Pennsylvania for about fifteen months, the last sevn of them were long distance. I'm 17 and from Germany so I'm well over the age of consent in germany(14). My girlfriend is also over the age of consent in PA(16), she is seventeen.
My question is, are we allowed to do anything together or not(like Skype in underwear)
Obviously I know her in person and we Skype regularly and I wondered if we could spice things up, she is fine with it too but I wanna know if it's legal
