What are the Odds of Extradition for Multiple Misdemeanors
My question involves criminal law for the state of: I have warrants in New Mexico I live in California but want to drive to Mississippi if I dnt drive and I'm a passenger will I go to jail in another state there all misterminers can I go to Jain cause they won't take me in california
Re: I Live in California but I Want to Drive to Mississippi but Have New Mexico
Whenever you have a warrant, you are at risk for going to jail and then facing extradition back to the originating state. Whether YOUR particular warrant has a geographic limitation, we cannot possibly know. Call the prosecutor's office in New Mexico, and ASK them. Just because it's a misdemeanor does NOT mean that NM won't extradite. Whether you are driving or a passenger makes no difference; if law enforcement comes across you for ANY reason, you're fair game.
Re: I Live in California but I Want to Drive to Mississippi but Have New Mexico
When the satellite reads the rf chip inserted when you had your last injection it will notify NM police you are in their jurisdiction and they will stop the vehicle and arrest you. Since you have misterminers, they will put you back into the mines. Go by way of Colorado and Oklahoma.

the spouse of missesminer?
Re: I Live in California but I Want to Drive to Mississippi but Have New Mexico
Misterminers are male workers commonly employed in mines. For example, if you were in WV at a mine, lost in the woods and there was an individual emerging from a mine covered in coal dust, you could say "Misterminer, how do I find my way back to town?"

Well I suppose if I ever come across, I'll go to Jain.

Coming across the Pond can very well expose you to Jainism, which seems to be encouraged by the incarceration of about 15% of the US population.
