What to Do if Your Ex-Girlfriend May be Secretly Pregnant
My question involves paternity law for the State of: SC

I recently suspected that the woman I was in a brief relationship with may have deceptively taken my sperm. I guess my post is more hypothetical. The last time we had sex there were a few things had me on heightened alert. First was that she did the classic rush to the bathroom to see if the condom was flushed and then the main one being that I felt like she attempted to make me ejaculate during my sleep. There were also a list of other red flags that make me feel like she was trying to get pregnant. If she was to actually have found a way to get pregnant, is there anything I could do in the case of a paternity suit?

You're welcome to attempt to file a police report regarding a suspected sexual battery that occurred against you. But realistically? Unless you had a hidden camera in the bedroom while you were sleeping during the supposed "milking" incident, the prosecutor isn't going to touch it with a 10 foot pole (pun intended). If you had sex with with her, condom or not, pregnancy is ALWAYS a possibility (you DO known that condoms aren't foolproof, right?). If you leave semen behind, instead of keeping it inside your body, and that semen causes a pregnancy, welcome to parenthood and child support.

What is the "classic rush to the bathroom to make sure the condom's flushed?"

(And why would you flush something like that? Wouldn't that likely cause plumbing problems?)

As others have said; if you're worried about someone "stealing your sperm" then keep it in your pants!

Agree with the keep your pants zipped thing. If you need sex that bad, well, you can date "Fistina". Or visit an adult toy store for some self-pleasure devices. If you really don't want kids, you can get a vasectomy and again - abstinence, toy, Fistina....

You could ask for a DNA test and, if proved not to be the father, would not have to pay support. If you are the father, you can seek visitation and/or custody, and pay to support your child.

I'm very nervous of asking this.

    But... Fistina?

As in a "person" strongly resembling one's hand clenched around one's....other bodily appendage.
