    Petition to Modify Parent-Child Relationship
My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Texas

My ex husband has sued me on three different terms "Claiming" it's the best interest for the children, however in each and every document it's in reference to money. The whole situation is so unreal that I can't even understand how CPS knowing that their father physically abuses them and I don't mean just bruises I'm talking stomach damage! Yet I can't seem to get anyone to listen.

Now the ex does not work in town (as he stated in Exhibit A) and as soon as he got the children in his possession they were taken straight to his dads (which is the sane situation there) Can that help me get my kids out of harms way asap?

I want my children out of harms way and their voices to be heard without anyone telling them what to say. I have always told my children to speak the truth regardless. I also want the courts to be aware of his character and how he lied under oath.

    Okay. Let's start again.

Who has custody, what is Dad suing for, and what is your goal?

You're alleging physical abuse - can you elaborate?

Why is Grandfather's home an issue?
