The papers I'm talking about are papers to agree to the school policys and other papers like that.

She doesn't have to sign anything. When you are an adult, you can sign them yourself.

    Quote:

And she carried me on her taxes which means she got money for me also but I haven't received all of it
You do not have a right to HER tax return. It costs a lot of money to raise a child, and the states and the federal government give parents some small opportunity for a tax break because of those expenses. But, YOU are not entitled to a penny of those costs.

And the tax break often comes nowhere near covering even a month's costs of a child, in most cases.

I couldn't call the cops when the incident happened because she took all of the phones. And blocked my ways of getting out of the house.

So, she imprisoned you inside the house for a day? A week? A month? No way out, no school, no escape? Really?

If so, the moment you got out you should have called the police. But, I doubt it really went down quite like that.

    Quote:

My mom told me to call them when she put me out so she knows that I am living with them. They are not harboring me. My mom told me to tell them to come get me.
But, if you start to make grumbling about emancipation you could open a can of worms where she comes and gets you and then tells the police that you are a runaway and that they are harboring you. And if your boyfriend is having sex with you, there could be other crimes as well - even if the age of consent is 17.

If mom is okay with you living there, see if she will agree to support your petition for emancipation. However, keep in mind that even if mom does support it, the fact that you have to rely on others for your support makes you an unlikely candidate for emancipation. Courts like to see emancipation as a means to help kids who are self-supporting and can make their own way, not merely transferring dependence from one person to another - or, more likely, to the state (i.e. welfare).

I was in the house for like 2 or three day but I snuck out to go and buy a phone and I was going to call the cops but before I could she tried to take the phone away from me and she couldn't get it so she told me to get my things and call my boyfriend's mother and tell her to come and get me.

Doesn't change a single one of the above answers.
