Can You Seek Alimony Years After a Divorce is Final
My question involves a marriage in the state of:Kentucky

Hello I have a question involving alimony. When my ex and I got a divorce couple years back she didn't seek alimony, because the man she was with at the time of our divorce was telling her that he was going to marry her. Which I guess I was lucky because since she thought she was getting remarried she didn't ask for alimony.

Fast-forward two years, The man who was going to marry her left her, and now she is telling me when I call to speak to my child that she's going to take me back to court for alimony. Is this possible if she declined it when we got a divorce?

Alimony is based at least in some part on need. Given that she's survived without it, she quite honestly doesn't stand a snowball in hell's chance.

Don't let her threaten you. If you need to, have your court order modified so that communication must be via Family Wizard. It's $99/person/year which might seem a lot, but it can protect you both and the court can have access to it all.
