Filing Deadlines for Patents in Foreign Countries

I have a patent with a priority date of 11/2009, filing date 11/2010, and publication date 12/2013. A PCT was filed, but not nationalized as we did not know which countries to file with. We have an idea of which countries to file with now, but are we no longer eligible because of early filing date?

You will need to research the laws of each country to determine what those laws provide, as well as whether they're members of any international conventions that might more generally answer your question (such as the Paris Convention or Patent Cooperation Treaty). This is a U.S. forum.
