Trespassing on a Rooftop

My question involves criminal law for the state of: New York

Hi, I just want to ask a few question. We were at a rooftop party today at my friend's apartment and did not realize that the rooftop was restricted to enter. The stairways was all dark and we did not see any signs of restriction, anyways, the tenant living right below the rooftop came up and took 2 photos of us telling us that this is a restricted area. We left immediately after knowing that it is restricted. There were no police involved whatsoever, so my question is can she use the photos against us. I've never done anything illegal or wrong, so i'm worried about this incident.

How would she use them against you? Were you naked or something? Absent signage or a locked door, you've done nothing criminal at this point.
