    Visitation rights in the U.K.
hi,i'm just wanting some advive, ive been with my partner for 4 years and have 2 lovley children with him one is 20 months and the other is three months, my partner also has another child with his ex wife she is 5 years old, the thing is we have regular access to his daughter every other weekend friday till sunday but then she just stops it whenever she feels like it and says her daughter is confused or that she doesn't want to see us, i know thats so wrong because when she's with us she loves it and even counts down the days when we pick her up next we speak 2 her on the phone and the first thing she does is ask about her little brother and sister she loves them to bits, his ex has told his daughter that there not her brother and sister there just friends and when i was pregnant his daughter asked me if we still wanted her cos were getting a new baby we told her that she's going to be the big sister and we will always love her and that noone will ever take her place she will always be special, she said her mummy told her that we didn't want her anymore as we have another baby this hurts me to think she can make her own daughter feel so sad, also when we took her home this sunday just gone we were 30 minutes late as we live 50 miles apart and were stuck in traffic we did txt her but she said thats not good enough for her and that my partner was never to come and pick her up ever again, my partner phoned her last night to try and sort things out but she said the same again and also said that she has told her daughter that daddy's not coming to pick her up anymore as he's a nasty person.
we are so upset and don't know what to do as we can't afford to go to court as my partner is working to support me and our children i do not recieve any money other than family allowance which is £29 per week so i can't help him i wish i could but i don't work i look after our children, he has already got 2 loans, pays child support, has a car to get towork and back to see his daughter when he's allowed which as i said before is 50 miles and he pays our mortgage and any other household bills i really feel for him its tearing his heart out. His ex knows that we can't afford court do you think this is why she's doing it?

p.s my partner and his ex wasn't married before their daughter was born so i don't think his has any parental rights.

please do you have any advise we just don't know what to do please help.

This is a U.S.-centered board, so you will almost certainly get a faster answer by trying to find a U.K. legal board and posting your inquiry there.
