Giving a False Address When Purchasing Services
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Pennsylvania

I am a member at a gym. I do not want the people who work at this local gym know where I live. Is it illegal if I change my address on the account to some random address? Would this be address fraud?

If you want to keep your address a secret, rent a post office box and use that for your address.

    Re: Address Fraud
it's a bad idea because any notifications they send you would go to that address and you will not get them, this could cost you a lot of money depending on what the notification is and what your contract says. If you are concerned about privacy get PO box

Okay, then. Don't think about it.

I think my meaning is perfectly clear to the majority of those reading the thread.
