Videotaping Dogs in a Neighbor's Back Yard
My question involves criminal law for the state of: PA
Am I permitted to make a video recording (including audio) of my neighbor's barking dogs? The dogs are kept in his back yard. They bark constantly all day from morning to night. I will be recording the dogs from my back yard and from a public easement path.

From a lawful vantage point, it shouldn't be an issue.

I agree with Mr. K. Further, dog barking isn't communication as far as the all party consent goes.

I would buy a sonic transmitter that sends a nasty high pitch signal when the dogs barks. It will teach them to stop.
