DHS is Kidnapping My Children

Department of Human Services in Lincoln County Oregon, is infringing on my rights, they have basically kidnapped my children and refuse to give them back, Initially I went 3 months before the gave me a visit with my children. Now they have had them in temporary custody for over a year and a half with no clear direct plan on when they will be returned home. I have done everything they have asked of me and gone to every class they have required , but as soon as the subject is brought up about them coming home they refuse, they made it impossible for me to get housing cause I am a single parent living on minimum wage
and I cannot afford housing on my own. They have switched case workers on me 5 times in order to hold my children hostage.
The court appointed attorney does little to help me in fact even though he says different I don't think he believes in me (I feel persecuted and seeing as there are drug addicts that have had easier times getting their kids back I feel cheated of my rights) I need help there has been so many mis-juctices in my case I could spend all day typing them here. Are you still homeless?

I'm not homeless I live with my Mother...And the petition they used to remove my children was full of lies and hearsay...
I have never been through a court hearing of any kind so I did not know what to expect
The department got me to sign a admissions of petition form before the case went to trial...I did this at the advise of my court appointed attorney...I still did not fully understand the situation and have been battling the Department ever since September 6, 2012

Well, all hyperbole aside, as was mentioned it's not kidnapping when the courts have signed off on the placement.

You might want to consider speaking to that attorney again. Of course, having no place to bring the kids to will be a problem ...
