Minor's Rights After Moving Out Of Home For College

ok i posted last time askin bout emacipation i got my answer and now i am askin if my gurl gits out of high school the end of the 08 school year and is only 17 is she required to stay i n her parents home well attending college or is it like she was 18 and could move out as if were 18 and come live with me in my apartment?:confused:

If she's living apart from her parents with their permission, she may do so at 17. They may choose not to give her permission to live with you.
