What Would the Outcome Be to These Charges
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Pennsylvania
so recently my house was broken into. The person was arrested and they are being charged with criminal trespassing, criminal attempted burglary, theft by unlawful taking and prowling. The first two charges were grade 2 felonies and the other two were grade three misdemeanors i believe. I will have to go to court and testify. My question is: what will likely be the outcome for the perpetrator if he is convicted? What would be the best case scenario (he gets jail time and heavy fines) and worst case scenario (he walks away with probation) be for me with the outcome of the trial? Thanks much in advance

Other than that, it's nothing but guesswork. His prior record, what he would or wouldn't plea to, all of it can be considered.
