I'm 17 having sexual intercourse with a 21year old and we are dating. He is concerned that he could potentially face criminal charges for having sex. Is it legal for us to be having sexual inter course? I will be 18 in July. Are there any other possible charges he could face?

The intercourse itself would be sexual abuse 3, which is a class A misdemeanor. What other charges there might be would depend on how hard your parents wanted to push it and how seriously the DA wanted to treat it.
