My F1 Student in the U.S. Got 4 Traffic Violations in One Day, What Should He Expect

My student is an idiot. He had no license only a learners permit. He also has no license or experience driving in his home country. He got a ticket this morning for speeding and at the same time one for driving without a license, then another ticket for illegal U turn and another no drivers license ticket all in one day. Got his car impounded and got it out with help from friends. He was driving in California. Will this affect his current visa? What can he expect?

He will probably be hearing from USCIS.
