39-13-506. Statutory rape at the minimum. It is a class E felony. 1 - 6 years in jail and up to a $3000 fine.

The mother needs to report it to the police IMMEDIATELY. Get this pervert off the streets! She also needs to have a serious talk with her daughter about sex, and get the girl on birth control immediately. If the girl is already having oral sex with an older man, she is possibly having vaginal sex as well.

If the mother had reported it immediately, the girl could have been swabbed for the mans saliva, which would give proof. I hope the mother atleast has not washed whatever underwear and clothes the girl was wearing, the underwear especially should atleast have traces of the saliva.
