Failing a Drug Test While on Juvenile Probation
My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Pennsylvania. Okay so this week, 'tuesday' I went to court to take a drug test. The results came up positive of THC. I smoked like 3 days after the test but now I'm done. I started takin some xanax cause my boys have had some. I could easily flush my system out. I was wondering what would happen if i am to fail my next test for Benzo's and THC. Just a referance, I am on 'Consent decree' lower level then regular probation. So, if anything comes up on my next test, what could potentioaly happen. And does anybody know, i have a drug class tomorrow and my PO said iv got to perticipate, what can my PO do if im non compliant with the class.

Go on, get violated and end up serving your sentence after all.

You have to realize that you're sabotaging yourself here - massively.

Bit of a reality check for you: These tests are now far more sophisticated than even 5 years ago. You flush? They'll know. The color and makeup of the urine will give it away every single time - they're not just testing for drugs now, they're testing for additives. You drink one of those lovely drinks? They'll know that, too.
