My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: GA. I have a sister who has custody of both her toddlers. But, she has neglected them mentally and she spends no time with them. She has currently shacked up with a man and has ran off to his house and has been gone for almost a week. Its been 5 days. Her kids were here with me but I sent them to stay with their grandparents for a bit. What should I do because apparently she is not fit to parent.
