    Robbery with Weapons Enhancement
My question involves criminal law for the state of: WA
My fiancee was charged in the "taking motor vehicle without permission" and my vehicle is the one he took - My question is the morning after he came to me to pick me up etc and parked down the road from my parents house and waited calling me. My dad ended up being the one to see him and a little dispute followed. He 6 months later was charged and a few weeks ago we were pulled over and then were notified of the warrant, they took him straight back to car and iddn't let us talk to eachother etc.

My question is first of all will anything I write or say help? second, the theft 2 is because my items were in there - which when I called to turn APB off, they asked and I said NO, nothing was missing. I was upset and emotional but I did state that yes he drives car alot, and that we had been fighting and he was going to go to store but never came back - when really I said just take it - take everything (emotional and under distress).. I feel like I should do something but then again know that because I'm the victim it may hurt him more then help.
Also lastly, there is a NO CONTACT on him the judge put on when he was arraigned now, how closely is that - I know not to say my name use my number all that - but recently when I was having our usual 1-2 min conversation (which is hard on a 4 year engaged couple especially when neither of us knew about charges) is there anyways in dropping the "NO CONTACT" or can I even try?

and last I know the possession will stick but realistically how much time could he be facing?

I feel like I should say/do something... but then I'm told no you'll just seem like the poor little victim trying to save her love from going to jail - but if it's bullshit it's bullshit they can't make stuff up and charge him with it - they have to have evidence and at very least me testify right??

You have chosen not to share any facts about the robbery or weapons charge. We thus have no ability to comment on those charges. There's obviously more to the story than you have shared. We do not know what evidence or witness statements the prosecution has, or what statements your boyfriend may have made to the police. Your boyfriend should work with a criminal defense lawyer.

You can ask the prosecutor about dropping the no-contact order.
