Intent to Deliver THC

About 8 months ago I got a call from a detective telling me that I was going to be arrested for 5 felonies. I later found out that these were for "intent to deliver THC". Apparently the guy was a huge dick and very aggressive. They booked a few days later as I went in on their request. They claimed to have pictures and recording of me selling drugs as well as weighed out amounts of marijuana. However, this was 8 months ago and I have no idea why I havent been chraged with any crime. A lawyer thought it was because they needed to test the weed to prove it was weed for the court. They claimed to have two different confidential informants which allegedly bought drugs from me (regardless of never being arrested or caught with ANYTHING). Any ideas why I havent been charged? Could it be due to a lack of evidence?

It could also be they are doing more surveillance for bigger fish.

There are a host of reasons why you might not have been charged. It could be that the witnesses or evidence had some problems, or, they are making a stronger case. Best to go straight, live clean, and stay in touch with your attorney.
