Does a H4 Visa Remain Valid After an H1B Visa is Transferred

I am currently having H4 from company A of my spouse. However he will be changing his company shortly. He is in Us and I am in India. I will be traveling with the old H4 which is still valid but after my spouse has moved to new company. No doubt he will be having his new petition from his new employer but can I still stay with the old H4 after travelling to US. I mean will that not pose any problem after I land there.

Please suggest as I am going to travel next month.

My husband is only applying for his visa transfer and will be obtaining a petition for himself only(as I am not currently in US and so do not have i-94)

Your visa is still good to use if it is valid. However, you need documents for the company for which he is working to support your entry.
