Does a Trespass Ban Apply to an Entire Chain of Stores
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Wisconsin
Please take the time to read before you comment this, please & thank you...
About 1 year & a half ago I was caught shoplifting packs of yugioh cards (value of $400 plus $146.43 for Restitution), And I was taken into the office and had to give my info, ID & I sign a paper, don't know what it was but I'm pretty sure it means I can't step foot in Wal-Mart (I was so scared I didn't ask a question about the sheet), & I don't know if they took a photo of me but the security ask me to stand by the wall looking straight at the blank wall with my arms spread wide for about 5-8 seconds, later I was I told a letter will arrive to my resident about a civil demand. A cop later arrived and I was handcuffed and put in the police car, he wrote me a citation. There were NO court appearance on the citation & I believe it was a misdemeanor cause I didn't see it on the citation in this kind of situation. I was told by the cop that I can NO LONGER shop at; (to be more specific in my area in WI) Sheboygan South Wal-Mart, Sheboygan North Wal-Mart, Plymouth Wal-Mart & Sam's Club or else I'll be charged with trespassing. So to my question, that means that I'm not literally banned from ALL Wal-Mart world-wide? just the ones in my local area that I had stated above?, because If I were to be banned from Wal-Mart world-wide, he wouldn't need to tell me names/locations of other Wal-Marts, he would just say "You're banned from all Wal-Mart world-wide"
Note* I also got a letter from the security guy, the letter saying "Asset Protection Recovery" which also states "This notification is not a release from criminal prosecution nor does it negate trespass warnings issued by Wal-Mart Stores, Inc." but nothing else stating about banned from Wal-Mart world-wide.
So I'm very curious and nervous If I decide to step foot in another Wal-Mart in a different city. And also I'll be going to college as well in a different city, please help answer me.
Re: Can I Still Step Foot in Another Wal-Mart That is in a Different City
Call Walmart and ask them.

Specifically, call the WalMart you shoplifted from and ask for Loss Prevention, and ask them.
