    And after over a decade in Canada and over three decades in New England, I can promise you that with the best intentions in the world, sometimes the snow goes where it is not supposed to go.

    And sometimes the snow goes where it is most convenient for the plowing company to deposit it, even if its not supposed to go there...even when they know better.

    Evidence of which time is which? Proof of measurable damages?
