My Ex- Arbitrarily Changes the Visitation Schedule
    Hello,

I am from the UK, I am currently in the process of applying for a court order to get set days legally binded so that my ex partner cannot cancel or change the days which have been agreed (between us not via a court)

She feels that it is ok to constantly change her mind as to if i can or cannot see my daughter. Due to this i wish to get set days legally binded however she has stated that if i take it through court that she will ensure that i can only see my daughter whilst being supervised. Is she able to do this or does there need to be a valid reason such as if my daughter was at risk (which she certainly is not)

Also in my current job i work overseas for 10 weeks and return for 5 weeks, therefore the days i would need set would be in the 5 weeks off. would this affect me in anyway with the court and is it possible to set days in that 5 week period as opposed to me having to quit my job and find one that enables me to stick to set days continuously

    Any help is greatly appreciated

    regards

Re: Can She Do This Help
This is a US board - US and UK law are NOT the same.

You will need to find a board that specializes in UK law. Sorry.
