Notice Given Over the Phone for Unpaid Rent
My question involves an eviction in the state of: Pittsburgh, PA

I had an judgment in November which I paid off. I notified rent office that my unemployment was cut but I will get caught in February for all month and then some. I was told over the phone that they were giving me a 10 day notice and they will have the Sheriff come and lock me out for back rent of December. I never received a letter from them or the Magistrate. Are the allowed to do this to me without written notice just over the phone.

Please let me know. Thanks you very much!!!
