I have been going through a divorce for the last 16 months... We have had home studies and drug test.... the home study highly recommend that the 14 year stays with me the mother and the father has not passed the hair drug test... He continues to want the 14 to go to court and talk to the judge... This is putting him in middle. :wallbang: The father left and literally lives out my back door. The battle is over home which will be sold in 5 years... Is there anything that I can do to not involve child... he loves mom and dad and says he doesnt want to be put in the middle.... Is there any chance that I would be made to have split custody and not primary custody....Thanks for you help
