Is Getting Emancipated Very Hard?

Laws vary by state. Some states don't even permit emancipation. No state makes it easy.

Emancipation can get denied for numerous reasons. (Not in the best interest of the minor, minor isn't mature enough to be emancipated, minor has no means of support, minor wants to move in with b/f or g/f.....)

Yes, you can become emancipated.

First, get a full-time and permanent job and support yourself 100%.

After you do that, post back and I will tell you step two.
