Do Roommate's Actions Qualify As Harrassment
My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Arizona
I moved into an apartment complex in August 2013 with two random roommates, I had never met them previous to moving in with them. Almost immediately one of my roommates would not allow me to leave any personal belongings in our shared living room, and would communicate with me by leaving post it notes all over the apartment. I now do not leave any personal belongings in the common living space, and wash any dishes immediately after use to try to avoid any contact w this roommate- however roommate continues to leave post it's everywhere and they have gotten worse, such as "clean up this sh*t", when it is not me who made a mess. She also texts me 2-3 with similar demands or calling me a "piece of sh*t", I do not respond to these texts yet they continue. When I was gone for 2 days she left a note in my room threatening to call animal control on my cat. Recently she tried to slam my cat in a door. She frequently stands outside my door when I am trying to sleep and yells on the phone to her boyfriend, calling me derogatory names and saying "wish you were here to take care of this problem and beat some sense into her" referring to me. I feel threatened and do not like leaving my cat alone w her. She has completely disregarded any attempts at normal, open conversation I have attempted. Do her actions qualify as harrassment or intimidation? I have had enough of this.

If you mean, is there a law you can invoke that will require her to change her behavior towards you, no, there isn't.

2-3 times per week*

I am trying to move out of the apartment and want to know if her actions are enough to qualify as harrassment when speaking with my landlord.
Re: Do Roommate's Actions Qualify As Harrassment
No. Her actions are not enough to qualify as harassment when speaking with your landlord.
I hope that this is now clear to you.
