What is a Paramour
My question involves a child custody case from the State of: South Carolina
How does the definition of paramour differ between the time of legal separation and after a divorce is final.
Currently I have a court ordered separation agreement in place. With in this separation agreement there is term "paramour". I understand and have no problem abiding by this during the legal separation period.
My question is after the divorce is final how does this term paramour apply?
As an example if I decided to move in with another person. Not married, but living together. Could my then X say that visitation is ok, but not allow for overnight visits? Does she have the right to say that my 15 year old son could not spend the night at my house if I am living with somebody.
I also understand the difference between casual relationships spending the night. But I am specifically referring to if I was to live with somebody as in a long term relationship.

If you don't like the dictionary definition as applied to your case, discuss it with your lawyer.
