What's the Penalty for Drinking in Public

My question involves criminal law for the state of: california
well the other day 1/7/14 i was playing pool with some of my neighbors in my garage at my house . when all of a sudden two cops show up for a noise complaint or something im assuming there probable cause for walking up my drive way they said there was a noise complaint i said what noise cause it was pretty Quiet then he didnt say much just im calling back up probably saw an empty small corona bottle from new years in the garage and im the only one whos 21 , it wasn't even close to me tho or anyone *note our recycling cans are also next to the garage aswell they ended up getting more of the same bottle size coronas from there * . then he asks for i.D i give it to him then turns out i had a warrant cause i missed some days i did all my classes just had to do a make up class and pay my balance which was 200 out of 950 in my alcohol classes but i missed a few days cause i couldnt pay due to lost my steady job cause of my dui case that i had fought and lost last year like in june the officer told me i was just going in for my warrant i said its fine then they wake me up in the middle of the night in my cell to sign a paper which i thought it had something to do with the warrant but it was the drinking in public ticket officer just said sign here i was half asleep and i know if i dont sign they will keep me there till i do . so the next day they take me to my court house and settle my warrant i took 77 days maxed me out in la county got out in 4 days they said after i do the 77 ima just have to report to the dmv and do the classes with no rush from courts to my understanding , get home after county and a ticket was at my house for drinking in public *note their two different courts im just wondering what my sentence will be or fine , or if i decide to fight it , or get jail time for it from the start what would be best , to my understanding county is 10% for non violent crimes here not sure what this means 13.18.010 lacc either im kinda worrying cause there was 1 minor and the rest were 18+ but not 21

You should have paid more attention in class when they were teaching you how to write sentences and paragraphs.

A violation of LACC (Los Angeles County Code) Sec. 13.18.101 (Drinking in public) is punishable by a civil fine.
