BATT6000 is a form code, and the underlying charge is presumably Florida Statutes Sec. 784.045(1)(b), a second degree felony. The normal maximum term of incarceration would thus be fifteen years, which can be doubled to thirty years with a minimum term of ten years for a habitual violent felony. Whether sentencing might be consecutive or concurrent would depend on the facts.
