Do I Qualify for Emancipation
My question involves juvenile law in the State of: California
I'm a 15 year old male with a birthday coming up in a month. I want to be Emancipted, I don't live with my parents but I live with my grandma who is legally my guardian. There are altercations in the household that are occasionaly verbally aggressive and few few times physically aggressive. I plan on getting a job within the next month or so and renting a mobile home, obviously ill continue attending high school an hopefully college for law. I have had three different therapist in the last 7 years and I've recently quit self harming because I want to stop with childish actions and take responsibility for my life and my future. So what this all comes down to is am I eligible for emancipation?

You are not even close. Stop acting childish and start acting like an adult in training. Accepting your position and role in life for your age is the first step.

Please tell me how you are going to work enough hours to afford to rent a mobile home? Pay utilities? Purchase your ObamaCare? Your own food and staples (staples = toilet paper, soap, toothpaste, deodorant, cleaning supplies.....). Transportation?
Oh, did you know you need to get permission from your school counselor to get a work permit? And due to child labor laws, your number of hours per week worked are limited?
Another thing: You have no credit history. You do not have stable, full time employment. To rent, your income typically has to be 3 times your rent. Do you earn atleast $1800 per month? Didn't think so. So your chances of even getting someone to rent to you are zero, zip, zilch, ain't gonna happen. Plus, even if someone would rent to you, you would need a co-signer. Is Grandma gonna do that?
