They all friend requested me to keep in contact. Two on separate FB accounts I don't think mom knew they had. (Not sure) When this went down I unfriended the grand in question. I do not want to add fuel to the fire. But, If you don't think trying to be there for your own grandchildren in any way you possibly can, no matter how small that may be, Wow, not so sure what to think of you. Anyway, I only wanted two legal questions answered here. I have one of them answered and I thank those that answered for responding.

Think what you like. I have no dog in this fight (and legally, neither do YOU).

This has only happened in the last couple of days. Again, I wanted two things answered from this forum only, while we weigh out what steps to take.

My thoughts were along this line. However, I do not want to wait for it to happen. We wish to advise him she is a minor and only 12. Her FB page states she is 18, comments on her wall is that she is 14. He may not even know how old she is (12) and I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt thinking he does not know her real age. It is not fair how some girls do guys just because they think it's cool to date someone older. When she is older she can make more mature decisions regarding her life and his if he is still waiting for her.
