Not the daddy, the kids mother has already done that after I stopped providing money to her because I found out she was now into drugs. I really do not want to go into all that.

Dad is apparently on Mom's side in this.

Therefore there's a decent chance that he'd kowtow to Mom anyway.

She did that already long ago, except when she wanted one of them to come over and steal from us. Then they were allowed over. Not up to going there right now. I still mange to get across to two of them at least that we do love them via FB. My grands are all damaged to their hearts. Dad, no he wouldn't. He just has no say.

Grandma, please understand that this is not meant to sound bad.

But honestly? You're laying the groundwork for Mom to basically disappear and leaving you in the dust.

While we are free to contact someone unless there's an order saying we can't, messaging them on Facebook knowing that Mom is already irritated as heck is just going to add fuel to the fire.

No dad is not on moms side. She has full custody and tells him to just shut up when he tells his daughter she is to young. Thanks for the new word I learned today. (kowtow)

If he doesn't agree, why on earth hasn't he done something to protect HIS CHILD?

This doesn't exactly put him in a good light, either.

Then why don't you help your son get an attorney to get more rights regarding his children?

They all friend requested me to keep in contact. Two on separate FB accounts I don't think mom knew they had. (Not sure) When this went down I unfriended the grand in question. I do not want to add fuel to the fire. But, If you don't think trying to be there for your own grandchildren in any way you possibly can, no matter how small that may be, Wow, not so sure what to think of you. Anyway, I only wanted two legal questions answered here. I have one of them answered and I thank those that answered for responding.

This has only happened in the last couple of days. Again, I wanted two things answered from this forum only, while we weigh out what steps to take.

My thoughts were along this line. However, I do not want to wait for it to happen. We wish to advise him she is a minor and only 12. Her FB page states she is 18, comments on her wall is that she is 14. He may not even know how old she is (12) and I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt thinking he does not know her real age. It is not fair how some girls do guys just because they think it's cool to date someone older. When she is older she can make more mature decisions regarding her life and his if he is still waiting for her.

In addition to waiting to report the issue of sex until it can be proven, report her age to Facebook.

She has had a FB account since the age of six (?) I believe. Although, I never have reported it, I know of others that have multiple times and the account was removed. She (with help of mom) just adds another one back. Last time I looked she had 5 or 6 of them. Good night and thank you for your time.
