My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas
My boyfriend was recently arrested for possession of 3 grams of marijuana. He's been arrested multiple times in the past for possession and other crimes. He is 15 years old and currently not on probation. What will he most likely happen to him? Will he be put in a rehab facility? Put on probation? Or even be sentenced to jail?
He would likely not be sentenced to jail, but likely to either a Rehab Center or Juvenile Detention, OR - rehab followed by Juvie. And of course, his parents will be paying for court costs and fines.
15 and arrested multiple times? Where the hell are his parents? They obviously need to give him a lot more supervision.
Honey, you need to find a better boyfriend. Get this guy out of your life before he destroys your life, too.
