You could, but it's probably unlikely that they will pay to do so. That doesn't mean you won't be arrested on the warrant (if you end up on a traffic stop or some other interaction wight he police) and held until Utah decides if they want to come for you or not. This charge won't go away either, you don't get credit for being a fugitive.
