Can a Foreign Company Own and Register a Vehicle in the U.S.
My question involves vehicle registration or title in the state of: Texas or Florida

We are willing to buy a pre-owned RV which would be shared by 3 families on different dates. We would buy it in Texas or Florida states.
We'd like to create a Spanish company (formed by the 3 families) prior to buying the vehicle.

Do you know if a Spanish company is able to buy and register an American vehicle in Texas or Florida states?

    Thanks very much in advance,
    Eva

If the company had a physical address in the state it wishes to register the RV in, I don't see why not.

Do you guess which legal entity should I ask to ? Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, maybe?

If that is the state that you will be registering the RV in, then yes.
