Father Will Not Give Child Back

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Texas
I have court orders that state my daughter lives with me. I let her go live with her dad temp in IL in March because she missed him. I want her to come home now and he refuses. We did not change the orders we have in Texas. What are my rights as far as going to go get her and bring her home?

You can technically go and get her, but be prepared for Dad to rush into court and file for primary custody. Since she's been there since March, he has an excellent chance.
